Sparky is just a love. He was saved at the very last minute at the request of a rescuer in Slidell who was keeping track of him at Slidell Animal Control. He had become a shelter favorite due to his loving personality, and it would have been a very sad day for all if Sparky had not made it out. He is an unusual doggie, best guess is a combination of Dalmation and Jack Russell. As sweet as he is, he has not been noticed yet....but he will make someone a GREAT pet.
