I am looking for a loving cockatoo or parrot with a cage.Must be nice and not a biter and prefer no severe pluckers please.Will have a loving home with alot of attention.I can only afford up to maybe 400 for an adoption fee though.Please send pictures of the bird you are trying to rehome and some info on the bird and your contact info and we'll go from there.I'm not in a hurry would prefer to find the best fit for our family.
