Responsibilities
Receive calls for the various services, evaluate needs, validate access to services
and determine what type of action is needed in collaboration with the various deciding interveners and according to contract features.
Offer a high level of assistance to customers and ensure follow-up is made for
proper file coordination.
Respond to clients and perform research among the different public, parapublic and
private organizations to counsel and refer customer to the appropriate services or
organizations.
Actively participate in developing and maintaining a quality service program for all
aspects of assistance.
Participate in the various projects to update databases and improve the structure of
services.
Reports to the Director, Customer Service.
Requirements
Diploma of hight School.
One to two years of relevant work experience.
Other combinations of academic and work experience will be considered.
Fluently in English.
Focus on clients.
Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity.
Demonstrated autonomy.

Demonstrated self-control.
Ability to learn quickly.
